#Ad Here are my honest thoughts on the Melanopro Peel System by Dermalogica Pro;

1. This system is very easy to use & is cost effective.

2. It provides an improvement in skin quality in most individuals, regardless of pigmentation. Skin will feel smoother, look brighter, & exhibit variable reduction of very fine lines/wrinkles & in some cases, pores will look smaller. I do think that this is one of the best products for an overall skin rejuvenation effect. IMO I rate this as better than everything else I have used, including prescription retinoids, even beating laser assisted retinoid delivery. That’s a big call, I know.

3. It provides variable reduction in pigmentation, mainly superficial forms of pigment, including sun damage, freckles & melasma. Remember, Melanopro is non-prescriptive.

4. Melanopro is a good way of maintaining skin quality & results after pico lasers & novel peels.

5. It can be useful as a primary melasma treatment in individuals that do not have downtime. In our practice we employ Melanopro as an at home maintenance skin care routine in patients with stable melasma & other forms of pigmentation.
